During the Design & Planning Phase, the Castle Innovations Project Leadership Team will have early discussions by phone, online video meeting and/or in person with the Client to develop a basic outline of the project scope of work, desired amenities and targeted design outcomes.
An initial budget and estimate will be developed along with identifying any permit requirements by the jurisdictional authorities. Once the scope of work and Estimated project costs are approved and a contract for services is executed, the project is initiated.
The Pre-Construction Phase includes constant monitoring and interaction between the Project Leadership Team and the Client. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Additionally, submission of applicable permits, procurement of building supplies and a tentative project schedule is developed to ensure a timely start of construction.
During the Construction Phase, our Project Leadership Team will direct our in-house experienced staff and leverage our vetted & trusted subcontractors, ensuring the construction and installation teams accountable throughout the entire build.
Change Orders and adjustments can be made to ensure your dream build comes to fruition. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal!
The last step in any successful build is the Verification Phase. Post-Construction punch list items include site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination.
After completion, we have a final walkthrough with all of our Clients to ensure the completion of the agreed scope of work, any change orders and to get the seal of satisfaction from our valued client!
